About the Pipeline

The Brunswick Pipeline is 145-kilometer, 30-inch diameter pipeline transmission system that currently delivers natural gas from the CanaportTM Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal in Saint John, NB, to markets in Canada and the US northeast.

Except for seven above-ground facilities, the pipeline is buried for its entire length and extends through southwest New Brunswick to an interconnection with the Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline transmission system at the Canada-US border near St. Stephen, NB.
