Project development and construction cost: $500 million

Regulated by the National Energy Board (NEB), and other federal and provincial authorities
Taxes: $5.8 million/year estimated (including $3.8 million NB taxes)
$5.35 million endowment invested in community projects:
$2 million endowment to support long-term operation of Rockwood Park;
$2.15 million toward renewal of the Rockwood Park entrance at Lily Lake; and
$1.2 million used in the renewal of the Canada Games Stadium at UNB Saint John.
